Kate established Chrysalis in 2012, bringing her background in education and a passion for early years to a homely, nurturing nursery environment.
Today, that approach connects four settings across Loughton and Epping—with caring people at the heart of every child’s day.

When is the Epping nursery open?
Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm, excluding public holidays. The nursery operates 52 weeks of the year.
How do I find fees and funding information?
Read the current 2026–27 information in our parent hub, then speak to admissions about your family’s circumstances. Explore fees & funding.
How do we arrange a visit?
Register your interest and our admissions team will help arrange a show-round. Published booking guidance requires at least two days, including a Monday or Friday. Arrange a visit.
